Love that I don't have to vac/sweep the pool. It has taken to do all but the shark cleans pool very well and is easily cleaned. I often put it in in the evening and shut off later. Great product that fully meets my expectations.

I am a new pool owner and used the hose vacuum system on opening twice, which did not clean the deep end well despite my best efforts. Used the robot on delivery and the bottom is clean!!! No more standing in the heat, fighting with the hose coming loose, etc. Just plug in and turn on! No hassles. Best investment so far.

Purchased this for my mom to use to reduce the filter cleaning chores on her inground pool system. Her pool filters are super efficient but a pain to clean so this should help reduce the number of times she will have to clean the "in house" filters. The machine was easy enough for her to set up and use without help, and THAT is saying something. It cleaned her pool full of winter debris fine without problems. Need to run a few times before it "learns" your pool, and that is to be expected. It has a nice filter setup on the unit, easy to remove and clean. Machine cleans most of the pool, with the exception of stairs..not unusual or unexpected, and anywhere on the pool floor that has a change of plane (edges/grooves,etc), it does walls just great. You will need to do a little hand brushing in the areas that the machine is unable, (minimal easy finishing touches). If it holds up for more than a year or two, I'm ecstatic :) There is no miracle pool cleaner that gets everything everywhere every-time: so it meets my expectations. Don't forget to read instructions ...... they are important! I've owned several pool of every kind so my experience with pools and cleaners is extensive.

I like how you can clean the pool after it is closed for the season and before you open for the next season. It does get jamed with big leaves, so there is more frequent cleaning of the unit when pool is really dirty. Last, it really does a nice job on the small particles or debris.

Does a good job cleaning, especially sand-like particles. Will climb the sides and scrub along the tile but gets hung up at the jets or inside corners. It is a large unit and is too big to climb up onto the steps. If the pool is running, it sometimes gets stuck on the drain due to the vacuum and requires a tug on the cable to free it. The filters are effective and easy to clean with a hose sprayer. I have been using it once a week, but since the pool is under a screened enclosure I can get away with once every two weeks.

Cleans extremely well, my only problem is keeping the bottom drain cover( so my old one didn't get stuck on top of the drain) in place as the suction is so good it drags it off the drain

Very easy to use. Wasn't sure how it would do but climbs the walls and comes up the incline to the shallow end without a problem. Great to be able to keep the pool filtering at all time.

This was my first experience with a robotic cleaner, and it does an excellent job of cleaning my figure eight pool. The pool is approximately an 18 x 36 pool. It climbs the walls great and the first step off the pool bottom. It has not climbed any of the other three steps thus far.

I was concerned over the price of this cleaner about getting my money's worth. I has far exceeded my expectations. Cleans perfectly every time. No more blind Hayward Phantom desparately trying to clean but not getting everything. The only thing is I wish you could leave it in the pool. Supposed to pull it out after cleaning. Also, cleaning the Tigersharks filter was incredibly easy.

I was amazed by how well this cleans the pool. My wife and I cleaned the pool before it arrived. We went ahead and started the cleaner and was shocked. It cleans the walls, steps, floor and the water. The water seems clearer every time we clean. Would buy another one today.

I recently purchased a Tigershark for our pool. I used one for approximatly 2 years at previous house. After using it for a long time at the previous pool the only problems I had were that sometimes it wouldn't climb high enough on the walls, which took adjusting and the filters wore out quickly, so I learned to be more careful. It vacuums great and filters well. I highly recommend it. The filter works well too. Easy to clean. Get one and throw away your creepy crawler thing and your vacuum.

Shark in an effective pool cleaner. It should not be used as a filteration system. It works great used with filter system. The clips that hold the filter in the shark are somewhat small and do not stay in place well after a couple of month of use. Shark will clean your pool.

- I have an 80 feed long pool with a 45 feed long narrow swim channel which is only 3 yards wide. Tigershark spends a lot of time close to the pool edge instead of cleaning the floor first.

- Tigershark gets hung-up at stairs quite frequently.

- Cleaning of cartridge is easier than expected.

I have a 18x36 vinyl liner rectangular pool with steps and a buddy seat. The TigerShark kept getting stuck on the main drain and climbing too high on the pool wall. Aquavac recommended the Polaris main drain cover which works great and sent me a thrust restrictor plate to keep the robot at the water line. When that didn't work they sent me a larger one that did the trick. The cord really gets twisted and doesn't seem to untwist as easily as the manual suggests. However, it does a great job cleaning the pool in about 4 hours and is relative easy to clean the filters. I also enjoy my new found free time.

I use the aquavac for weekly cleanings. It does a good job of covering just about the entire pool and spends a good amount of its time climbing the walls. Surprisingly though I find that I still need to do a sweeping of the walls periodically. All in all it beats vaccuming the pool.

I have a good pop up pool cleaning system but its kinda slow cleaning after a monsoon storm. I can drop the Aqua Vac in the water after a storm and in a short time its clean.

Everything seems great about the product if it worked! Apparently, the motor was installed backwards per our pool guy so doesn't work at all...still trying to fix it!

This cleaner spends far too much time at the top of the water and on the walls. After three hours there are areas of the pool that have not been cleaned.
It is easy to use.

I had a green pool it had keys and other stuff in it. there huge oak tree above the pool.thanks to my ex roommates kids throwing the stuff in it i couldn't see nothing had to start cleaning it suck up everything. i was shock how well it was easy to clean out. never trust anyone with your house while off in middle east but the shark help so much. Thanks after it clear up it like a weeky just sweep the bottom I dont even have to get the real brush out it cover my whole pool even the steps.

I put Felix in the pool almost every day, as I have lots of bushes around my pool, and things are always settling at the bottom. He just goes around and sucks them up, doing a much better job both at the bottom and on the sides of the pool than I could ever do. It takes a little time to clean the filter every time, and he has a little difficulty climbing the stairs of the pool, but those are the only drawback to this fabulous cleaner. Now I just sit back, let Felix do the work I used to do, and enjoy the pool! Felix is worth every penny!

I just drop this cleaner into the pool, put the start button and walk away. It does all the clearing and we just pull it out when its done. No more standing by the pool for hours pushing the cleaning head by hand. We have tried other automatic pool cleaners and they just didn't cut it. This one works. Now if it could only automatically clean the filter!

This was best thing i ever had to clean the pool. I had green water some roommate freind thrown some keys andc googles and i couldntsee them Itgot them out.I had start the pool up late it was so green it got everthing out leaves and all and there a huge tree next door throws alot bigs leaves in.. Did climbs the walls good. Best [$] i ever spent. Glad I got this vs the dophineor the other stuff. Cleaning is so easy water hose and that is it. The fliters got everything including algae.Going some lots on time money and pump life. I don't think you run it more 3 ours a week after you first use it the first part of the year. Saves hours of pool cleaning for me, but does spend time sitting on the bottom drain sometimes. My first one wore out after a couple years of hard use, so I replaced it with a newer model.

I use this to clean a 20x50 inground pool, it picks up even the heavyest sand and leaves.

We replaced our old Polaris robot with a Tiger Shark. We called the old one "Robbie." After we used the Tiger Shark one time, my wife said, "We will call the new one Roberta!'
